Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or relevant discipline.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 28 years
Strong knowledge of garment IE costing and SMV.Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
Advanced Industrial & Systems Engineering knowledge.
Lean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage.
GSD / GST / PMTS knowledge or certification will be an advantage.
Strong cost optimization and problem-solving capability.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the overall IE Costing function, methodologies, standards and control systems.
Review and validate SMV, operation breakdown, machine requirements, manpower requirements and efficiency assumptions.
Lead pre-costing and evaluate product construction, operation complexity, production method, capacity and resource requirements.
Drive SMV reduction, method improvement, manpower optimization and productivity enhancement.
Conduct costing benchmarking and variance analysis.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning, Product Development and Management teams.
Provide IE-based costing inputs for new styles, product development and order negotiation.
Lead and develop the Costing IE team.
Standardize costing tools, processes and databases.
Ensure timely and accurate costing reports and management information.
