Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
§ Minimum 10 years in a running Bio-Chemical ETP of Washing Plant.
§ Minimum 3 years in a similar position as applied.
§ Must know the Recipe for all kinds of Wash thoroughly
§ Thorough knowledge of latest Chemicals and Alternative Chemicals.
§ Direct experience in denim washing and garment dyeing.
§ Deep knowledge of biological treatments.
§ Proficiency in wastewater laboratory testing and data analysis.
§ Understanding of textile washing chemicals and their impact on ETP.
§ Familiarity with national environmental laws and international buyer compliance.
Responsibilities & Context:
§ Operate a Biological ETP.
§ Monitoring all functions of the ETP.
§ Maintain wastewater parameters within the legal limits.
§ Analyze recipe of the washing and its impact of ETP.
§ Monitor and optimize biological wastewater treatment processes.
§ Maintain healthy MLSS, DO, and biomass levels.
§ Manage RO membrane performance, anti-scalant dosing, and CIP cleaning.
§ Control chemical dosing for optimal pH and nutrient balance.
§ Manage sludge handling, dewatering, and safe disposal.
§ Maximize RO permeate water recovery for factory reuse.
§ Ensure final effluent meets local and international discharge standards.
§ Conduct regular lab testing for BOD, COD, TDS, TSS, and pH. ZDHC & DOE Parameters.
§ Implement factory compliance guidelines like ZDHC, OEKO-TEX, and brand requirements.
§ Lead initiatives to reduce energy, water, and chemical consumption.
§ Supervise, train, and schedule shifts for operators and lab technicians.
§ Enforce strict health, safety, and PPE protocols on-site.
