1. Manage and coordinate merchandising activities from order placement to final delivery, ensuring all requirements are completed on time.

2. Communicate with buyers, suppliers, production, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.

3. Prepare and follow up on order details, costing, samples, approvals, production schedules, and shipment timelines.

4. Monitor production progress and resolve any issues related to materials, quality, delivery, and buyer requirements.

5. Maintain proper documentation, including purchase orders, order sheets, costing sheets, sample status, and shipment records.

6. Ensure timely submission of samples and approvals while maintaining close follow-up with relevant teams.

7. Build strong relationships with buyers and ensure customer requirements and company standards are consistently maintained.
