Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Preference for candidates with technical knowledge or certifications in garment production, industrial engineering, or lean manufacturing.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale operations (6+ lines).

• Experience with international buyers and working under strict compliance standards.

• Successful track record in achieving on-time shipment and quality goals consistently.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Plan and execute daily production schedules for 6 sewing lines to achieve on-time shipment.

2. Lead, manage, and monitor 260+ operators, 12 supervisors, and 3 line chiefs to maintain balanced output and operational continuity.

3. Coordinate with HR, Amin, IE, Quality, Cutting, and Warehouse teams to optimize production flow and reduce bottlenecks.

4. Monitor and improve line efficiency using productivity tracking and lean manufacturing techniques.

5. Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints to deliver right-first-time garments per buyer specifications.

6. Enforce floor compliance with safety protocols, social standards, and company policies.

7. Mentor and train line supervisors and operators to build a skilled, accountable production team.

8. Monitor KPIs such as line efficiency, DHU, and production output to drive continuous improvement.

9. Manage production resources effectively to reduce wastage, control overtime, and optimize manpower utilization.

10. Resolve production challenges and technical issues to maintain smooth workflow and prevent shipment delays.

11. Report production performance to AGM – Production to support operational decisions and planning.

12. Support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, 5S, and Kaizen to enhance efficiency.

13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with order priorities and customer requirements.
