• Age 25 to 37 years

1. End-to-End Account Management: Oversee complete order execution, managing individual customer accounts from initial sample development and order confirmation through production tracking to final shipment.

2. Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination: Maintain regular communication with fabric mills, wash plants, print/embroidery facilities, and trims/accessories suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and prevent production downtime.

3. Bulk Material Readiness: Coordinate the submission of all buyer-required items and ensure full in-house availability of bulk materials to support an uninterrupted supply chain flow.

4. Customer Relations & Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison for client communications, gathering all technical and order requirements to align internal production teams and mother factories.

5. Approvals & Sample Development: Guide factory teams in accurately developing samples, embellishments, and trims to secure timely buyer approvals.

6. Quality Assurance & Inline Inspections: Participate in 1st and 2nd inline quality inspections, identifying production issues and collaborating with QA management and factory leadership to execute corrective action plans.

7. Cross-Departmental Issue Resolution: Follow up on action items from Merchandiser-QA alignment meetings to resolve quality and technical bottlenecks quickly.

8. T&A / WIP Monitoring: Track Time & Action (T&A) schedules and Work-in-Progress (WIP) charts to proactively mitigate process delays and maintain accurate, up-to-date portal data.
