• Minimum HSC or Equivalent. Thorough knowledge on CAD based pattern is also required.

Job Responsibilities

• Review / understands buyer tech packs and comments especially UK / EU based retailers and explain / advise concern people.

• Responsible to ensure FITs in accordance to buyer requirements/Tech Packs during development, FIT and PP Sample Stage and approval of samples on 1st time basis.

• Validate samples are made according to buyer requirements including wash standard and shade before submission to buyer.

• Monitor and evaluate performance of CAD/ pattern and sample section.

• Preparing plan & execute the plan to meet the sample delivery date.

• Provide remedial advice to factory on the detected discrepancies with regard to workmanship & construction of garments and also in the case of fabrics on issues like shading, weaving defects etc.

• Work out discrepancies through discretion and / or understanding, if arise on any samples and ensure timely. approval of the tech team, in order to ensure buyers approval and bulk production.
