• Experience in Woven & Denim garments will be an advantage.

• Candidates with strong practical factory operations experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

Job Context

We are looking for a Factory-Based Merchandiser (Operations) to ensure smooth order execution, production follow-up, inter-department coordination, and timely shipment. The candidate should have strong practical experience in RMG factory merchandising operations, preferably in Woven & Denim garments.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day factory merchandising operations from order confirmation to shipment.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Washing, Cutting, Sewing and Finishing teams.

• Follow up on production status, T&A, order execution and shipment schedules.

• Monitor sample, fabric, trims and accessories requirements and ensure timely availability.

• Communicate with the corporate merchandising team regarding order status and production issues.

• Identify production-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.

• Prepare and maintain production/order follow-up reports.

• Ensure orders are completed according to buyer requirements, quality standards and delivery deadlines.
