Job Context
Sinha Knit and Denims Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically competent Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient operation of all factory machinery, equipment, utilities, and maintenance activities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance activities of the factory.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Monitor and maintain production machinery, electrical systems, generators, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and other utility equipment.
Lead troubleshooting and ensure quick resolution of machinery and equipment breakdowns.
Maintain proper maintenance records, schedules, spare parts inventory, and consumption reports.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.
Monitor maintenance costs and ensure efficient use of manpower, spare parts, and resources.
Ensure compliance with factory safety, electrical safety, fire safety, and statutory requirements.
Supervise and guide the maintenance team and ensure disciplined and efficient performance.
Identify opportunities for machine improvement, energy efficiency, and maintenance cost reduction.
