• Strong leadership and team management capability

• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fitting, washing, and quality standards

• Good communication and reporting skills in English & Bangla

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Context:

Sinha Knit and Denims Ltd a garments manufacturing company, is looking for a highly experienced and professional candidate for the position of Sr. Manager (Technical & QMS). The selected candidate will lead the overall technical and quality operations of the factory and ensure international standard product quality and technical excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all Technical & Quality departments of the factory

• Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and international standards

• Monitor garment technical processes from development to shipment

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, washing, and quality teams

• Handle technical problem-solving and root cause analysis

• Ensure inline, pre-final, and final inspection standards are maintained

• Develop quality improvement strategies and technical SOPs

• Maintain effective communication with buyers regarding technical and quality matters

• Train and develop technical and quality team members regularly
