Responsibilities & Context:

• To grow awareness among all the personnel regarding industrial engineering and to apply its concept to the departmental people for achieving the company’s goal as a whole within a systematic approach.

• Capacity analysis of machine, analysis of workflow as per scheduling and production planning.

• To minimize processing time, decrease re-dyeing rates, and improve right first time (RFT) metrics to lower costs.

• Design & Layout of Man, Machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency.

• Conduct time and method studies to identify bottlenecks in fabric loading, unloading, and extraction processes.

• To calculate optimal batch sizes and monitor machine loading capacity to maximize output and minimize energy & water usage.

• Develop and implement SOPs for accelerating of production, lab efficiency and supply chain management.

• Identify, check out and calculate the Non-Productive Time (NPT), optimize manpower allocation across shifts and increase overall production efficiency.

• Efficiency calculation of all workers/staffs on daily & Monthly basis and take necessary initiative to rease increase individuals’ competence.

• To contact with planning and supply chain to ensure smoothness of on time delivery (OTD).

• Ensure minimization of cost by reducing all kinds of wastages and system loss.

• To plan and execute the upcoming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization and estimate the future workload, set strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concerned department.

• To analyse statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability of objectives.

• Analyse the booking schedule and records to achieve production Vs target consistently.

• To analyse production plan as per the shipment schedule (TNA), monitor and suggest if there        

• is found any deviation in any process.  

• To analyse and ensure that, all the fabrics are produced in right quality and delivered on time.  

• To recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.

• To implement Kaizen & 5S in production floor.

• Operation analysis, layout analysis, analysis of factory cost & production and Plan vs production improvement.

• Prepare monthly capacity plan & review in each week with marketing team to keep updated the top management.

• Monitor and keep record through KPI management.

• Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
