Responsibilities & Context:
Fire Safety System Maintenance
Inspect, test, and maintain fire detection and alarm systems, hydrants, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers.
Ensure emergency lights, exit signage, and evacuation systems remain operational at all times.
Maintain service schedules and calibration records for all fire safety equipment.
Compliance & Audit Readiness
Support factory compliance with buyer requirements, BNBC, Fire Service & Civil Defence, and international standards.
Prepare documents for audits (Accord/Alliance/RSC/Buyer inspections).
Maintain fire licenses, inspection logs, and compliance checklists.
Risk Assessment & Prevention
Conduct routine fire risk assessments across production floors, warehouses, chemical storage, and utilities.
Identify hazards (electrical overload, blocked exits, flammable storage) and coordinate corrective actions.
