• Diploma/B.Sc. in Textile/Garment Technology or relevant technical qualification preferred.

• Minimum 5-7 years of practical experience as Pattern Master/Senior Pattern Master in a reputed garment factory.

• Strong hands-on experience in Lectra and/or BOK is essential.

• Proven experience of handling Pants, Shirts and Ladies' garments is preferred.

• Experience working with PEPCO, LPP, OVS, KiK or similar European buyers will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, grading, shrinkage adjustment and fitting is required.

• Must be able to independently identify and solve pattern and fitting problems.

• Develop and modify production patterns using Lectra / BOK pattern-making software.

• Must be technically capable of handling Pants/Trousers, Shirts and Ladies' items.

• Prepare accurate patterns according to buyer tech packs, measurement specifications, fit comments and approved samples.

• Handle pattern correction, grading, size-set adjustment and production pattern finalization independently.

• Analyze fit and construction issues and make necessary pattern corrections with Technical, Sample, Merchandising and Production teams.

• Ensure proper shrinkage adjustment, measurement accuracy, pattern balance and construction feasibility before bulk production.

• Support sample development, fit samples, size sets, PP samples and bulk production requirements.

• Ensure patterns are production-friendly while maintaining buyer requirements and garment quality.

• Work effectively with styles/orders for international buyers such as PEPCO, LPP, OVS, KiK, etc.

• Maintain proper pattern records and ensure timely completion according to production requirements.
