• Able to work independently and handle multiple developments simultaneously

• Experience working with UK/European/Australian brands will be an advantage

Context:

KL DESIGN GROUP is looking for an experienced and energetic Merchandiser – Sampling & Product Development for our Woven, Denim & Non-Denim division.

The candidate will be responsible for handling product development and sampling with senior designer and product development manager from range buildup, working closely with buyers, design, fabric, washing, technical teams.

Product: Woven / Denim / Non-Denim

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle development and sampling for denim & non-denim bottoms, chinos, cargos, casual trousers, shirts and related woven products

• Work closely with pattern, CAD, sample room, washing and sourcing fabric and trims.

• Ensure samples are developed correctly and submitted within range deadlines.

• Candidate should have working experience of 3D/ PPT to make presentation with buyers.

• Should have knowledge of fabric, washing and other technical details to make proper range plan season wise.
