Responsibilities & Context:

Ø  Lead and manage the IE department to ensure optimum production efficiency outerwear factory.

Ø  Develop and implement SMV, capacity, line balancing, manpower and efficiency standards.

Ø  Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.

Ø  Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization and production performance.

Ø  Conduct time study, method study and work measurement.

Ø  Prepare and review production capacity plans, target setting and line layouts.

Ø  Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ø  Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and Merchandising teams to achieve production targets.

Ø  Analyze bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve line performance.

Ø  Prepare daily, weekly and monthly IE reports and present performance analysis to management.

Ø  Develop and implement productivity improvement strategies for outerwear products.
