• Cost management and productivity improvement expertise.

1.     Candidate Must have Process Knowledge for Bags and Luggage Factory Operation, specially Ladies Bags, bag pack, Bags & Luggage etc.

2.     Candidate Must have operational knowledge on MCD (Material Control Department), Lab Requirement for Bags and Luggage and on operational planning, Cutting, Sewing Finishing and packing process.

3.     Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to achieve production targets and delivery commitments.

4.     Develop and implement production strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.

5.     Monitor production lines and ensure smooth operations across Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Sewing, Assembly, Finishing, Packing, and shipment sections.

6.     Analyze production performance and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and bottlenecks.

7.     Lead factory operations to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and utilities.

8.     Establish and monitor operational KPIs including productivity, efficiency, rejection rate, line balancing, and capacity utilization.

9.     Implement 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

10.  Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, SCM, MCD, Quality, Maintenance, and HR departments to ensure smooth workflow.

11.  Work closely with the Quality team to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

12.  Monitor production quality performance and reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints Including corrective and preventive actions..

13.  Control manufacturing costs by improving productivity, reducing wastage, and optimizing resource utilization.

14.  Monitor material consumption and ensure compliance with approved sample and production standards.

15.  Participate in annual budgeting, cost-saving projects, and operational improvement initiatives.

16.  Lead, motivate, and develop production managers, supervisors, line leaders, and operational staff.

17.  Ensure adequate manpower planning, training, skill development, and succession planning.

18.  Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the factory.

19.  Coordinate with the Maintenance department to ensure machinery reliability and preventive maintenance compliance.

20.  Ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize production losses.

21.  Review production plans, shipment schedules, and capacity forecasts to ensure timely order execution.

22.  Prepare and present operational reports, productivity analyses, efficiency reports, and improvement plans to senior management.

23.  Conduct regular management reviews and drive action plans to achieve business objectives.

24.  Ensure compliance with all factory safety regulations, labor laws, customer requirements, and company policies.

25.  Promote workplace safety and conduct regular safety reviews with HR & Compliance to minimize accidents and occupational hazards.

26. Support environmental sustainability initiatives and resource conservation programs.
