Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills to handle buyer QA representatives and internal factory teams.

JOB OPPORTUNITY: QUALITY MANAGER
HB Group is a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced professional for the position of Quality Manager for our export-oriented knit garments unit, HB Knitex Ltd.
· Company: HB Knitex Ltd. (A Concern of HB Group)
· Quality Assurance: Establish, implement, and maintain rigorous quality control procedures across all stages of production (cutting, sewing, and finishing).
· Buyer Compliance: Ensure all finished products strictly comply with international quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and specific guidelines of the buyers.
· AQL Management: Conduct and oversee inline, pre-final, and final inspections based on standard Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL).
· Audit Preparation: Lead the factory team during buyer audits, third-party inspections, and technical compliance assessments.
· Root Cause Analysis: Identify quality defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) immediately.
· Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor the quality assurance team (QMs, QIs, and auditors) to maintain high performance and discipline.
