HB Group is a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced professional for the position of Head of Production for our export-oriented knit garments unit, HB Knitex Ltd

• Production Management: Lead, plan, and control the overall production activities of the knit garments unit to ensure target achievement.

• Efficiency & Quality: Optimize production capacity, minimize wastage, and maintain strict quality standards according to buyer requirements.

• Workflow Optimization: Oversee scheduling and workflow across the cutting, sewing, and finishing departments.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and discipline.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with merchandising, commercial, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely shipments.
