HB Group is a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced professional for the position of Finishing Manager for our export-oriented knit garments unit, HB Knitex Ltd.

· Company: HB Knitex Ltd. (A Concern of HB Group)

· Finishing Operations: Oversee and manage the complete finishing process, including ironing, folding, tagging, packing, and final cartooning of knit garments.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure all finished products strictly comply with international quality standards and specific guidelines of the buyers.

· Production Scheduling: Plan and execute finishing schedules efficiently to meet tight shipment deadlines.

· Delivery Management: Coordinate seamlessly with the production, quality assurance, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.

· Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage the finishing section workers and supervisors, promoting a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment.
