• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in woven denim and non-denim product development merchandising.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, washing, garment construction, and product development.

• Experience working with European or UK buyers will be an advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple developments.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving capability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising systems.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Product Development Merchandiser – Woven shirts and bottom Denim & Non-Denim.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle product development for woven denim and non-denim categories.

• Coordinate with buyers, design teams, fabric mills, and factories from development to order confirmation.

• Develop new fabrics, washes, trims, and garment concepts as per buyer requirements.

• Follow up on sampling, SMS, PP samples, fittings, and approvals.

• Source fabrics and trims locally and internationally.

• Prepare costing, consumption, and development status reports.

• Maintain strong communication with buyers regarding developments, lead times, and technical details.

• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor market trends, fashion developments, and new wash techniques.
