• 2 to 4 years

• HSC

• 2 to 4 years

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Pattern

• Software Proficiency: Boke and Lectra (mandatory).

• Experience:

  1. Strong background in Woven garment (Pant, Shirt, Dress, Jacket).

  2. Ability to develop accurate patterns as per buyer spec, tech pack.

  3. Experience in pattern fitting correction, pattern grading and size set correction.

  4. Good understanding of garments construction and production feasibility.

  5. Consumption analysis.

  1. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  2. Coordinate internal and external communications related to design and production
