Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Washing Factory

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, Apparel, or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum SSC

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 29 years

• Strong knowledge of embroidery sample development and production processes.

• Practical knowledge of embroidery digitizing and design editing.

• Proficiency in relevant embroidery software.

• Good understanding of stitch types, stitch density, thread/color selection, and embroidery techniques.

• Ability to interpret artwork and convert design requirements into embroidery samples.

• Good coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple sample requirement

1. Manage and monitor the overall embroidery sample development process.

2. Coordinate with buyers, merchandisers, designers, and production teams regarding sample requirements.

3. Ensure samples are developed and submitted within the required timeline and quality standards.

4. Review artwork, embroidery designs, and sample requirements before development.

5. Follow up on buyer comments, sample corrections, modifications, and approvals.

6. Coordinate with the embroidery production team to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.

7. Maintain proper records of sample development, comments, revisions, and approvals.

8. Support timely resolution of technical and production-related issues during sample development.
