• In depth -knowledge of knitted Fabrics finishing process including -peach finish, Heat-setting, Brushing, AOP

Job Context: AUKO-TEX GROUP is seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional for its Knit R&D Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for new fabrics development, technical problem -solving, product innovation, quality improvement and cost optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new knit fabrics according to buyer’s requirement and market trends.

• Develop innovative knitted fabrics designs.

• Analyze buyer provided fabrics swatches, including fabrics type, Cam arrangement and needle arrangement, yarn count, fabrics composition, gauge, GSM, S.L, and yarn count.

• Identify limitation in knitted fabrics and recommend technical solution.

• Establish production friendly & standard operating procedure (SOP) for knit fabrics development.

• Analyze buyer feedback on knitted fabrics and implement corrective actions to meet quality standard.

• Oversee the entire sample development process, from initial design to final sample approval, coordinating with design, marketing, and sales teams.

• Conduct trial production and ensure smooth bulk production.
