Falgun Garmenting is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to take full ownership of factory operations — production, quality, compliance, and workforce — and drive on-time, target-driven output.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily/monthly production against targets

• Ensure quality standards, workplace safety, and compliance with labor law and buyer codes of conduct

• Manage manpower planning, discipline, and overall productivity

• Coordinate with merchandising, maintenance, and store departments for smooth operations

• Report production performance, bottlenecks, and improvement plans to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Textile Engineering preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in RMG factory operations, including prior experience as Factory Manager or AGM Production

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Sound knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and labor regulations

• Ability to manage large production floors and cross-functional teams
