• Sound knowledge of IE tools: OB, line balancing, capacity study, GSD/SAM calculation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and IE-related software/tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Conduct capacity analysis to support production planning and resource allocation.

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency.

• Carry out production studies to monitor and evaluate operational performance.

• Perform bottleneck analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare Operation Bulletins (OB) for accurate process sequencing and time standards.

• Execute line balancing to optimize manpower and machine utilization.

• Allocate critical processes/operators to the line in advance of production start.

• Ensure machine pre-setup for upcoming critical processes and follow up on execution.

• Collect and analyze Non-Productive Time (NPT) and Quick Changeover (QCO) data, and conduct follow-up for improvement.

• Support sewing skill up gradation, workstation design, and waste management initiatives.
