• Assist in handling buyer inquiries, orders, and day-to-day merchandising activities.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Follow up on samples, fabric, trims, and accessories according to buyer requirements.

• Prepare and maintain order-related documents, T&A charts, and merchandising reports.

• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to monitor production progress and resolve routine issues.

• Shipment booking and EXP issuing

• incoming and outgoing package follow up with international courier like FedEx

• Trims booking and delivery confirmation.

• contact with CNF and Freight forwarder for each incoming and outgoing shipment/packages.

• We preferred self motivated candidates to meet and manage world class importers.
