Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in handling buyer inquiries, orders, and day-to-day merchandising activities.
Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure timely order execution.
Follow up on samples, fabric, trims, and accessories according to buyer requirements.
Prepare and maintain order-related documents, T&A charts, and merchandising reports.
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to monitor production progress and resolve routine issues.
Shipment booking and EXP issuing
incoming and outgoing package follow up with international courier like FedEx
Trims booking and delivery confirmation.
contact with CNF and Freight forwarder for each incoming and outgoing shipment/packages.
