• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

Sinha Knit and Denims Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing buyer communications, order execution, production follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with buyers regarding orders, developments, approvals, and shipment schedules.

• Follow up on product development, sample submission, and approval processes.

• Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, quality, and commercial departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans and ensure deadlines are met.

• Prepare cost sheets and analyze product costing.

• Track raw material status and production progress.

• Resolve merchandising-related issues and provide timely updates to management and buyers.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company standards.

• Maintain all merchandising documentation and reports.
