• University of Dhaka,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
• Training/Trade Course:

• 1 to 4 years

• Age 20 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Proper knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Able to work with spectrometer, Data Color.
• Able to work with auto dispenser.

1. Recipe Formulation: Develop, optimize, and approve accurate lab dips and dyeing recipes for woven fabrics based on buyer specifications.

2. Quality Assurance: Oversee physical and chemical testing (colorfastness, shrinkage, etc.) to ensure fabrics meet international standards.

3. Lab-to-Bulk Transition: Provide cost-effective, Right-First-Time (RFT) recipes to the bulk production floor and troubleshoot any shade deviations.

4. Compliance: Ensure all lab processes meet environmental and safety standards (e.g., ZDHC, OEKO-TEX, GOTS).
