Responsibilities & Context:
Develop new sweater designs and seasonal collections.
Create design concepts, sketches, and color/trim combinations.
Develop and approve samples, prototypes, and fit samples.
Select suitable yarns, stitches, textures, colors, and techniques.
Coordinate with Knitting, Linking, Washing, and Production teams.
Prepare and maintain tech packs, measurement charts, and design specifications.
Follow buyer requirements, fashion trends, and market demands.
Review samples and provide corrections for quality and appearance.
Coordinate with merchandising and buyers for design approvals.
Support production by resolving design and technical issues.
Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and production feasibility requirements.
