Retired Army Person (Required)

• Supervise and control all security guards and security activities.

• Maintain factory entry and exit security for workers, staff, visitors and vehicles.

• Check ID cards, visitor passes and vehicle documents.

• Monitor and control movement of raw materials, finished goods, machinery and company assets.

• Maintain visitor, vehicle, gate-pass and material movement records.

• Conduct regular patrols of factory premises, warehouse, production areas and boundary.

• Monitor CCTV and access-control systems and report suspicious activities.

• Ensure proper implementation of emergency, fire and evacuation procedures.

• Coordinate with Fire & Safety, HR, Compliance and factory management during emergencies.

• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, loss, violence and other security risks.

• Conduct security briefings and ensure guards follow company security procedures.

• Prepare daily security reports and immediately report incidents to management.

• Coordinate with police, fire service or other authorities when required.

• Ensure security arrangements during shift changes, overtime, holidays and night shifts.

• Maintain discipline and professional conduct among security personnel.
