Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems and maintenance practices.Experience in energy management, project implementation, Decarbonization plan and machinery commissioning.Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Job Summary

A leading Denim Textile & Woven/Denim Garments manufacturing company is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Utility & Maintenance Department, ensuring reliable utility operations, equipment efficiency, energy optimization, and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Utility, Electrical, Mechanical, and Maintenance operations.

• Ensure the smooth operation of Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Washing, and Garments production facilities.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Oversee major utility systems, including Power, Gas, Steam, Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, HVAC, Water Treatment, and ETP.

• Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment availability.

• Implement energy-saving and utility optimization initiatives.

• Lead machinery installation, commissioning, modification, and factory expansion projects.

• Prepare and control maintenance, OPEX, and CAPEX budgets.

• Ensure compliance with RSC, BNBC, NFPA, environmental, and electrical safety standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Management teams.

• Develop and manage a high-performing technical team.
