Sinha Trendy Knitwear Ltd., a leading sweater manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operation to lead and manage the overall factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, cost control, timely delivery, and continuous operational improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall operations of the sweater manufacturing unit.

• Ensure smooth and efficient production operations from planning to final output.

• Monitor production capacity, efficiency, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, Quality, IE, Maintenance, Store, HR & Admin, and other relevant departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce production costs.

• Ensure production targets and shipment deadlines are achieved as per customer requirements.

• Monitor production planning, machine utilization, manpower deployment, and workflow.

• Identify operational problems and take timely corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer compliance standards.

• Control operational costs and minimize wastage, rejection, rework, and production losses.

• Lead and motivate factory management and production teams to achieve organizational objectives.

• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to senior management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations.
