Job Context:
Sinha Trendy Knit Wear Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. Executive / Executive – Technical & QMS to strengthen our Technical and Quality Management System. If you have a strong background in technical compliance, QMS implementation, and buyer audit management within the RMG industry, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare factory for buyer technical audit.

• Prepare technical checklist and implementation for all the technical audit.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the factory Quality Management System.

• Prepare and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Manuals, and Process Flow Charts.

• Conduct Internal QMS Audits and Technical Audits.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and buyer quality requirements.

• Lead CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) activities.

• Ensure proper document control and record management.

• Monitor implementation of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate buyer audits and third-party inspections.

• Conduct technical and quality training for Production, QA, QC, and Technical teams.

• Develop training materials on quality standards, SOPs, and buyer requirements.

• Build quality awareness across departments.
