• Lead and manage the overall QC/QA operations for the Detergent Powder & Dishwashing Bar production lines.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures, specifications, and standards for raw & Packaging materials, in-process goods, and finished products.

• Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards (BSTI, ISO, GMP, etc.) and coordinate certification/audit processes.

• Supervise the QC laboratory team; plan and review testing schedules, calibration of instruments, and lab documentation.

• Investigate quality complaints/deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor supplier/vendor quality performance and coordinate incoming raw & Packaging material inspection and approval.

• Prepare and maintain quality records, SOPs, batch quality reports, and MIS reports for management review.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate QC/QA team members to build a strong quality culture across the plant.

• Liaise with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain departments to ensure consistent product quality and timely resolution of quality issues.
