Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in setting and achieving production targets aligned with business metrics.
Support daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and execution.
Allocate manpower effectively based on machine capacity, materials, and production requirements.
Work with the team to achieve targets while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and timely production flow.
Ensure availability of synthetic/raw materials as per production plan.
Monitor production quality and minimize rework through proper process control.
Collaborate with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and PD teams to avoid disruptions on the production floor.
Monitor production lines regularly to identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
Maintain proper housekeeping, discipline, and efficient manpower utilization on the production floor.
