• Proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) management.

• Strong knowledge of Footwear Product Development process.

• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) throughout the footwear product development lifecycle.

• Ensure BOM data consistency from initial design through bulk production.

• Coordinate with Design, Development, Pattern, and Production teams to ensure BOM accuracy.

• Review and update BOM based on design, material, and construction changes.

• Verify material specifications, quantities, and consumption before production approval.

• Calculate and validate material consumption based on sample patterns.

• Ensure BOM aligns with approved samples, technical specifications, and construction details.

• Review and verify show boards for accuracy before bulk production approval.

• Confirm that show boards match approved BOM specifications and construction requirements.

• Monitor product development progress through prototyping, fit approval, and pre-production stages.
