Hashem Foods Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Bottle Filling Machine Operator to operate and monitor bottle filling machines, ensure accurate and hygienic product filling, maintain consistent product quality, and achieve production targets. The Operator will take primary responsibility for machine operation, adjustment, troubleshooting, quality monitoring, cleaning, and routine production activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the bottle filling machine efficiently and safely.

• Set up, adjust, and control the filling machine according to production requirements.

• Ensure accurate filling quantity and proper capping of bottles.

• Monitor machine performance and identify any operational abnormalities.

• Maintain required production speed and minimize product and packaging wastage.

• Check bottles, caps, and filled products for quality and cleanliness.

• Follow GMP, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the filling machine.

• Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.

• Maintain production records and report machine or production issues to the supervisor.

• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and instructions from the Production Supervisor.
