Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic Senior Sales & Student Counselors to drive student enrollments and provide career guidance. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, managing leads, and converting them into enrollments while ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students (in-person/phone) and recommend suitable IT courses
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, social media, walk-ins)
Follow up on leads and ensure conversion to enrollment
Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Maintain CRM/database with accurate records
Support seminars, fairs, and promotional events
(Senior Role) Mentor junior team members and support complex conversions
