04 (four) year Honors in English with 01 (one) year Masters from any reputed university.
GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC and CGPA 3.50 out of 4.00 in Honors and Masters.
PhD degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed national/international university with a minimum of 7 years of teaching experience, of which at least 3 years in the post of an Assistant Professor and/or above with a minimum of 9 publications of which at least 5 publications as an Assistant Professor in standard and reputed journals.
