1. Plan and deliver effective lessons for assigned subjects according to the school curriculum.

2. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, class activities, and assessments.

3. Teach students in a clear, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.

4. Cover subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Bangla, Social Studies, ICT, and General Knowledge, as assigned.

5. Assess students through classwork, homework, quizzes, tests, and examinations.

6. Monitor students’ academic progress and provide additional support where required.

7. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

8. Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.

9. Provide guidance on students’ academic, social, and personal development.

10. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson progress, and student performance.

11. Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, behavior, and learning needs.

12. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.

13. Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management to achieve academic objectives.

14. Use digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom learning.

15. Follow school policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards.
