  Key Responsibilities:
  >Conduct engaging and interactive Japanese language classes (N4 level) for diverse learners.
  >Prepare clear lesson plans, practical study materials, and well-structured course outlines.
  >Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  >Organize practice sessions to strengthen speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  >Guide and support students in their JLPT preparation journey.
  >Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that motivates students to succeed.
  >Work closely with management to update curriculum content and enhance teaching methods.
  >Take on other relevant tasks as assigned by the management.
