Role: Sales Associates

From day one, you will drive sales growth by securing candidates for TITP, SSW, International Jobs, and Study-in-Japan programs, while showcasing JBBRA value and fostering strong client relationships.

You will identify opportunities, develop strategies, navigate the sales cycle, and contribute to our expansion in the Human Resource sector in Japan. The role also involves securing new partners in Bangladesh, including Japanese language schools and polytechnic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Source high-quality candidates via social media, field visits, events, and community engagement. Maintain a strong pipeline to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with Japanese employers and stakeholders, provide HR consulting, and guide overseas students on Japan-bound opportunities.

  • Reporting & Coordination: Track and report pipeline progress, update CRM systems, and coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.

  • Market Research & Promotion: Research employment trends, support marketing campaigns, and participate in job fairs and outreach events.

About you:

We are seeking highly motivated sales ladies with approximately 2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally within Human Resource agencies and/or overseas student consultancy. A passion for HR placement and a proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding targets is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be an established self-starter, capable of working autonomously while building trust and long-term relationships. You should have proven B2C sales experience, preferably in HR agencies, service industries, call centers, air ticketing, or related fields. Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, strategic thinking, and a methodical approach to problem-solving are essential.

Key competencies include:

  • Driving the sales pipeline by identifying leads, conducting product presentations, and closing deals.

  • Articulating JBBRA’s value proposition to diverse audiences.

  • Leveraging digital tools and analytics to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Preparing pre-sales materials and supporting the sales process.

  • Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals, with resilience in challenging situations.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Bangladesh and Asia

  • Right to work in Tokyo, Japan.
