• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture
• Diploma in Engineering
• Diploma in Marine Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• Diploma graduates with 16 years of academic qualification are also eligible. 

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 24 to 45 years

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AutoCAD and 3D design in [relevant industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, or architecture]. Fresh graduates can also apply. 
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other 3D modeling software. 
• Strong skills in rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar). 
• Familiarity with Japanese building codes and standards. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
•  Language: Japanese language N4 level is preferable but having no Japanese Language ability is also expectable. During processing time, Japanese language course will be provided (free of cost)
•  Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. 
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.  

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D design models and drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software.

• Work with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and project specifications.

• Create and refine design plans, layouts, and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards. 

• Render realistic 3D models and visualizations for client presentations and design proposals.

• Conduct site visits as necessary to gather measurements and project specifications. 

• Modify and update designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope. Maintain organized records and project files, ensuring design compliance with Japanese building codes and standards. 

• Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure project milestones are met.
