• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

1. Prepare detailed 2D interior drawings including floor plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, wall elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

2. Develop 3D interior models and realistic renderings based on approved concepts and client requirements.

3. Prepare 3D visualization, walkthroughs, and presentation views for residential, commercial, office, and retail projects.

4. Convert architectural and interior design concepts into accurate 2D drawings and 3D models.

5. Develop detailed furniture, cabinet, ceiling, wall paneling, partition, lighting, and decorative element drawings.

6. Select and apply appropriate materials, textures, colors, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in 3D models.

7. Specially Furniture & floor working drawings according to site dimensions and approved designs.

8. Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers to ensure design accuracy and execution feasibility.

9. Revise drawings and 3D designs according to client feedback, site conditions, and project requirements.

10. Prepare drawings for BOQ, estimation, fabrication, and site execution where required.
