Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Experience in a senior management or lead engineer role is highly preferred.
Proven track record in managing large-scale government or private civil projects.
Expert in BOQ preparation, MB verification, and final billing.
Skilled in project management, site supervision, and technical reporting.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Willing to travel and stay at project sites when necessary.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven AGM – Civil Engineer (Construction) to lead project execution and site operations with efficiency, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil construction projects from planning to handover.
Prepare and review BOQ and cost estimations.
Verify contractor bills and MBs (Measurement Books) for accuracy and compliance.
Supervise site operations to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
Monitor and control project costs and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site personnel.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, prepare progress reports, and address issues promptly.
Lead and mentor on-site engineers and technical staff.
Collaborate with design and planning teams to resolve technical challenges.
Maintain communication with management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
