Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Commerce, or related discipline.
Professional certification/training in accounting or inventory management will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Will be proficient in using ERP software.
Familiarity with accounting and inventory software will be preferred.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accurate records.

Role Summary:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, tracking project expenses, and supporting overall financial operations for construction projects.
Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP)
Maintain ledgers, journals, and petty cash
Prepare and post journal vouchers
Payment & Billing
Process vendor/subcontractor payments
Verify invoices, POs, and work completion
Prepare bills for clients and follow up on collections
Project Expense Tracking
Monitor and reconcile site expenses
Coordinate with site teams for accurate cost recording
Support material and labor cost reports
Banking & Reconciliation
Manage bank deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Monitor cash flow and fund availability
