• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a relevant field from a recognized university.

• Candidates with relevant professional certifications will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in maintenance management.

• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a maintenance team.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance.

• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance-related software.

• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

• Plan, supervise, and manage all maintenance activities of the organization.

• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of machinery, equipment, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

• Lead the maintenance team and ensure effective allocation of manpower and resources.

• Identify equipment failures and ensure timely troubleshooting and repair.

• Monitor maintenance costs and control expenses without compromising quality and safety.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment history.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Administration, and other departments to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacement when necessary.
