Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles.
Perform vehicle inspection, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Identify faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Handle engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, AC, and electrical system-related issues.
Prepare accurate service estimates and explain technical issues to customers.
Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets company quality standards.
Supervise technicians and ensure proper execution of assigned jobs.
Maintain service records, inspection reports, and repair documentation.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
