Work experience in High Rise Building construction.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work follows approved engineering drawings and project schedules.
· Quality Control: Inspect construction materials (like concrete, steel, and bricks) and monitor workmanship to maintain quality standards.
· Surveying and Layout: Conduct land surveys, measure levels, and mark structural layouts before construction begins.
· Drafting and CAD Work: Prepare, read, and revise technical drawings, blueprints, and designs using AutoCAD or other drafting tools.
· Estimation and Billing: Help prepare quantity take-offs, material estimates, measurements, and basic cost calculations for tenders or budgets.
· Team Coordination: Communicate daily progress reports to senior or assistant engineers and coordinate tasks with contractors and laborers.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure that all workers follow safety rules and wear appropriate protective gear on the construction site.
