Education:

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Strong technical, leadership, budget management, presentation and communication (both oral and written) skills are essential for effective project management and team coordination.
PMP certified candidate will get preference.
Must be a member of IEB.

Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in design & construction of MEP systems that is HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm and Detection System, PA, CCTV, IBMS including experience in Project Management at high rise building.
Responsibilities & Context:
The Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry is hiring a "Project Manager" for its World Trade Center (WTC) project, Phase-2 for completion the remaining works of the WTC building, Chattogram.
Project Name: World Trade Center Project, Phase-2.
To manage the planning, design and implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Civil works of the World Trade Center (WTC) Project, Phase-2 including review of designs, specifications and shop drawings.
To oversee the day-to-day activities of the MEP works and ensuring the MEΡ installations to meet the WTC project requirements and timelines.
To prepare and manage the budgets of MEP works of the project, ensuring cost-effective solutions and tracking expenditures.
To conduct site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP installations and ensure compliance with codes & regulations.
To serve as a liaison with the CCCI Board of Directors, Consultants, Contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve interdisciplinary issues.
To report the project works with proper documents to Board of Directors
To serve as a proactive member of the WTC Engineering Team.
To provide technical expertise & leadership to resolve technical issues and construction challenges related to MEP systems such as HVAC, Electrical MV-LV works, FPS, FADS, PA, IBMS, CCTV works etc.
To oversee the testing, commissioning and final handover of the MEP systems to the client.
Other relevant assignment imposed by the CCCI authority as and when required.
